I don't have one yet but they seem incredibly popular
what air frier do you have and what do you like or dislike about it?
I wouldn't normally think about getting one as I have no problem feeding myself without one but I am working on some recipe development and being it is a very popular kitchen tool these days that seems to bring a lot of time savings and simplicity I am thinking this might be something I should try so I can adapt recipes to it.
Ninja and Instapot are the two brands I am looking at as they seem the most common. normally I wouldn't worry about common but if I develop recipes for obscure it doesn't really fit the goal.
do you have any input? even if you know absolutely nothing about it and can just say what your wife has sitting on the counter if she has one that is beneficial.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

InstaPot. Once you air fry bacon, you won't do it any other way. Tater Tots, French Fries all come out great.
My Super Wide will pull your broken down 4 stroke, up a hill backwards, with you on it!

I'd be lost without mine. I use it daily. For everything from chicken/fish/pork chops to fries, pizza, toast and I've even done baked goods. Mine is a NuWave oven-type. I don't care for the basket type, as they just don't have enough room generally. Although I have been eye-balling the Ninja Crispi... but that would be in addition to, not in place of my regular one. Mine is something like this: Link

I don’t like the taste of some of the things the wife cooks with it (could be the rat poison) I can’t think of a thing that taste better because of it really I’d take cast iron pan fried anyday
Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

We have one, finally took it off the counter and packed it away because it didn't get used.
I don't care for food cooked in it.
There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

I never had a use for one. Christine bought a new/used 7 qt Power XL air fryer on marketplace for $10. I didn't use it for 4 or 5 months, just set in the corner of the kitchen counter. Tried it to make a grilled pork chop one day, delicious. Today, I wouldn't think about not using it for pork chops, steaks, chicken wings, warming egg rolls, etc.
