this temped Med-Rare 135 I was doing some steaks for pictures the better looking steak was being photographed so I cut this one and took a few pics of my own.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
Thing about steak, I don’t think there is a wrong way, but I like mine a certain doneness. It has to be pink in the middle at the most done, for my liking.
I grew up with steaks coated in flour and fried in Crisco or lard. Mom believed if you could see pink it would kill you. It was still juicy and tasty, you just have to have enough fat. If you broil or BBQ it dries out.
