It's an option. The country music stuff I write I can handle vocals. I use a dry recording of me performing the songs with acoustic guitar. The ai adds the additional instruments and backup vocals. It also adds effects, minimizes noise and actually lowers the key a half step.

I do use it to write the music and perform (Vocals) for stuff that I have sat on and never got around to writing any music for.

Here is an example. the song is 40 years old. It was written shortly after an incident where I broke down on my way home from work. I used a pay phone to call home for the wife to come get me. She had a house full of her girlfriends and they egged her on to tell me to walk. I think you will get the gist of what followed from the song. It was an angry one at the time but a good lol now.

BTW, I walked the 17 miles. lol

Great song and if that's your voice you should be on the radio. Very clear and easy to understand instead of the wailing and screeching that fills most of the country radio stations now days.
