Is Oregon all paper mail in ballots? Is every ballot signature checked? Is every person who receives a ballot truly legal to vote?

Personally, I hate mail in voting. Always liked to go down to the fire station, see the little old ladies running things, sign in and then go vote with the punch-out cards.

But Oregon has had mail in voting longer than any other state, and over the last 19 years the amount of fraud detected has been microscopic. Never would have changed any result.

Every voter signature is checked. There are many other safeguards in place as well. If you want to know more about it look it up on-line. League of Women Voters are always invited to oversee the whole process.

What I see here is this constant conspiracy theory stuff that oozes out on these pages. Crapola say I.

In WA everybody gets a paper ballot via mail, probably the same as in OR. The way the system is gamed is first you reduce the points of authentication on signature checks. In some cases they just don't check. There are always a lot of ballots that people never use. You flood the system with ballots and then all you need to do is figure where to go to pick up ballots they are not voted, nursing homes, homeless centers, apartment complexes. Pick up the ballots, fill them in and mail them off. It is probably easier to drop a batch off at a ballot drop off in the middle of the night when nobody is watching.
There was a case here where a person registered a lot of homeless people in Olympia. They had no mailing address so all their ballots went to a church that catered to the homeless. A few of the homeless complained they never received their ballots but they all were voted. Nothing ever came of it because the people investigating were the beneficiaries of the fraud.
