I don't buy the voter fraud crap. Never been any proof of anything that made one iota of difference in any election. Period. If you wanna believe different go ahead. You're wrong!!!!!!
Never thought much of it 30 years ago when I turned 18. I lived in Washington at the time and while it wasn't a mail in voting state yet, I signed up for absentee voting (because I worked out of town all the time) and had my ballot mailed to me. When I moved to Idaho, they sent my ballot to my Idaho address the next THREE elections! This despite my calling them the first two times they sent me one and informing them that I was now an Idaho resident and registered to vote in Idaho. Now I will say that one thing that told me was, the Democrat run government of Washington, despite lots of blatant election fraud at that time, was not looking at my voting record before sending me that ballot, because I certainly hadn't voted for any of those people in office.
Now I confess to never looking into voter fraud in Oregon. But I do know that it is much easier to fraud mail in ballots than it is if you have to show up at a polling place and show picture id. Does it happen enough to make a difference in Oregon? I don't know. But I will give you an example, I remember when I was young, my parents would get absentee ballots in the mail, and my mom would always fill out both ballots. Now at the time I never thought much of it, because it didn't really make a difference, if dad would have filled it out he would have voted exactly the same way, but it was still fraud. How many people fill out their parents or other elderly relatives ballots? How many fill them out differently than those relatives would have? Or, how many coach relatives, friends, etc. (like waggler's example) on how to vote as they fill out their ballots? Something that is illegal to do at a polling place?
