we can beets and make jam but freeze beans, peas, corn etc. My one question is I see large gardens and people who can a lot. Do you have larger families ?

We can a fair bit of jelly, but by far, the pepper jellies are way better utilized by us than plain fruit jellies. Do you eat all that yourself or give a lot away. We give more away than we eat ourselves.

We too are fans of the pepper jelly and will do a fair amount when they come off. The fruit jelly we can for our whole family and our small church group.

Fruit jalepeno jellies are great with cream cheese. Peach jalepeno mixed with a little barbecue sauce is my favorite way to barbecue chicken. I am sure it would be great on ribs, also

The jalapeno jelly on a dove jalapeno popper with cream cheese and bacon is delicious.

I am looking for a bigger pressure canner now. I'd love to have an all american 930 or 941 and be able to double stack quart jars

Gotta live up to the nickname...
